If you are not interested in renting the whole house, we also offer an alternative B&B formula. With this formula, the idea is that you can rent 1 or 2 rooms.

Both of the rooms are really spacious, and have their own bathroom and dressing. You can make usage of almost the entire villa as well as the  swimming pool (June - September) with its cosy terrace and the poolhouse. The poolhouse has a fridge and nespresso machine available to you. Breakfast will be served either inside the house or at one of the outside tables while enjoying the rising sun.

We will provide you with a change of linen and towels, and are there in case of further questions without being intrusive.

We are happy to give you tips for day trips. We speak English, German, French, Dutch and Italian.

The B&B formula is available for a minimum of 4 nights in July and August or minimum 3 nights in the other periods. We offer interesting rates for any extra nights.

Any information, other booking suggestions or request for reservation can be asked by mail at  martineverc@outlook.com  indicating the exact period of stay and number of guests/rooms.
Your booking is only final after an advance of 25% (non-refundable). The balance needs to be received no later than 30 days before arrival.
